Venue & directions
Q: Where are the workshops and parties?
A: The congress is at Studio76 an amazing venue with a club atmosphere. During the day we make use of the studio’s for the workshops and Fletcher hotel Trivium will also host workshop rooms in the weekend. We party on Wednesday in Club Cue a beautifull club in the city center of Breda. Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday we party in Studio76. There are different dancefloors on Friday, Saturday & Sunday with a DJ in each area.

Q: Where is the Teachers Course?
A: The Teachers Course will be in Club Cue in the city center of Breda, on walking distance of train station Breda Visserstraat 5, Breda.
Q: Can I walk from the trainstation in Etten-Leur to the venue?
A: When you are traveling by train (from the airport) we advise you exit the train at the trainstation in Breda Centraal. From Breda we have a shuttle bus that will transfer you to the venue and different hotels. You can find which hotels on the website. See more: http://dutchzouk.nl/shuttlebus/
Q: How do I get from my hotel to the venue?
A: We have a special shuttle deals. Don't worry, you don't have to miss a moment of the fun. You can pay per ride in shuttle bus.

Food & Drinks
Q: Can I bring water to the workshops?
A: You can bring your water to the workshops during the day. Due to venue regulations you can not bring your juices, soda's etcetera to the workshops & afternoon party during the day. Also due to venue regulations you can not bring water, juices, soda's, alcohol, snacks et cetera to the evening workshops and to the parties. Due to venue regulations you can not bring any kind of drinks & food to the afternoon parties. Keep your Zouk venues alive and order your drinks at the bar.
Q: Can I bring food to the workshops?
A: You can bring a small snack to the workshops during the day. Due to venue regulations you can not bring water, juices, soda's, alcohol, snacks et cetera to the evening workshops and to the parties. Also due to venue regulations you can not bring any kind of drinks & food to the afternoon parties.
Q: Can I buy lunch & dinner at Studio76?
A: Yes, we will have small snacks waiting for you. We will publish them close to the congress. See more: http://dutchzouk.nl/food-drinks/
Q: Can I bring my own lunch & dinner Studio76?
A: Yes, you can bring your own. Please note that our foodfacilities are for people who buy their food at the venue, you can not bring your own lunch and dinner here. Thank you for understanding.
Wardrobe
Q: Is there a wardrobe where I can store my belongings?
A: Yes, we have a wardrobe available for you to store your belongings while you are enjoying the workshops & parties. Arriving with your suitcase? No problem, the wardrobe is open during the day and in the night from 22.00 till the end of the party. Due to safety regulations it is mandatory by Dutch Law of the fire department to store your belongings in all venues at the wardrobe during the afternoon & evening parties. Please note it's not possible to store your bag and jacket in the workshop rooms after 19.00 and it isn’t possible to store your bags & jacket in any party room. All workshop rooms will be cleaned after this time. All bags and jackets we find will be stored with security next to the registration desk where you can pick them. Please note these regulations are by law and are non negotiable for you, the venue and the organization. Please remember in case of emergency every bag and jacket is one life of a dancer. Thank you for understanding.
You can store your jacket, bags and other belongings at our wardrobe for € 1,- per item.
Media
Q: Can I bring my camera to the congress?
A: Ofcourse camera's are allowed! Our advice: make as many videos and pictures as you can, tag us and put loads of it on social media. You can use #DIZC2023 #dutchzoukcongress #dutchzouk2023 and share the joy with your friends!
You can use your personal camera or mobile phone. Proffessional camera's are only allowed for our Dutch Zouk Media Team. You will recognize our Media Team Members by our logo.
Q: Can I bring my camera to the teachers course?
A: You can share pictures and videos of social moments to share the fun with your friends. Use #DIZC2023 and put loads of it on social media, tag us and your friends.
You can record explanations when the teachers allows it for personal use as part of your learning process. You can not share any records of the classes from the teachers course in public.
